摘  要:目的分析不同抗凝剂配比和标本放置时间对血液细胞学检验结果的影响。方法选取80例患者按照规范的标准采集静脉血液进行血液细胞学检验,设置不同的检验标准,主要是抗凝剂配比1∶10000、1∶5000,室温放置时间30 min、60 min、120 min,比较不同条件下的血液细胞学检验结果。结果抗凝剂配比1∶10000下的红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板水平高于抗凝剂配比1∶5000(P<0.05);室温环境下放置时间不同会引起检验结果差异,放置30 min的影响小。结论抗凝剂配比、标本放置时间均会影响血液细胞学检验结果,因此在临床检验工作中需尽可能地规范操作,加强检验环节的质控,避免出现各种质量风险事件,为疾病诊治提供有利的参考借鉴。Objective To analyze the influence of different anticoagulant ratio and specimen storage time on blood cytology test results.Methods 80 patients were selected to collect venous blood and given blood cytology test according to the standard standard.Different test standards were set,mainly including anticoagulant ratio 1∶10000 and 1∶5000,and room temperature storage time of 30 min,60 min and 120 min.The blood cytology test results under different conditions were compared.Results The red blood cell,white blood cell,hemoglobin and platelet levels of anticoagulant ratio 1∶10000 were higher than those of anticoagulant ratio 1∶5000(P<0.05).In room temperature environment,the difference of test results was caused by different storage time,and the influence of 30 minutes was small.Conclusions Anticoagulant ratio and specimen storage time can affect the blood cytology test results.Therefore,in clinical laboratory work,it is necessary to standardize the operation as far as possible,strengthen the quality control of inspection link,and avoid all kinds of quality risk events,so as to provide favorable reference for disease diagnosis and treatment.
