左归丸辅治多囊卵巢综合征对胰岛素抵抗状态及先兆流产的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨左归丸辅治多囊卵巢综合征对胰岛素抵抗状态及先兆流产的影响。方法选取我院2016年7月至2018年7月收治的30例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为对照组,采用二甲双胍等基础药物治疗;选取我院2018年8月至2020年7月收治的30例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为观察组,在对照组基础上采用左归丸治疗。比较两组的胰岛素抵抗状态及先兆流产情况。结果治疗前,两组的FBG、FINS水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的FBG、FINS水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的先兆流产率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论左归丸辅治多囊卵巢综合征效果显著,能够改善患者的胰岛素抵抗状态,降低先兆流产率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of Zuoguiwan on insulin resistance and threatened abortion in the adjuvant treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 30 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the control group,and treated with metformin and other basic drugs.30 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the observation group,and treated with Zuoguiwan on the basis of the control group.The insulin resistance and threatened abortion of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the FBG and FINS levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FBG and FINS levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The threatened abortion rate of the observation group was 3.33%,significantly lower than 20.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Zuoguiwan has significant effect in the adjuvant treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,and can improve the insulin resistance,reduce the threatened abortion rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
