益气化湿方联合西药治疗对幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎患儿胃黏膜的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益气化湿方联合西药治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性胃炎患儿的效果。方法选取我院收治的60例Hp感染性胃炎患儿,随机平均分为实验组与对照组。对照组采用常规西医三联疗法,实验组在对照组基础上采用益气化湿方治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及胃黏膜状况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的炎性反应细胞浸润、腺体密度、黏膜厚度及腺体形态评分均低于治疗前,且实验组的炎性反应细胞浸润、腺体密度、黏膜厚度及腺体形态评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气化湿方联合西药治疗Hp感染性胃炎患儿的效果满意,可显著改善其胃黏膜状况,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Huashi recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection gastritis.Methods 60 children with Hp infection gastritis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group equally.The control group was given routine western medicine triple therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Huashi recipe on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and gastric mucosa were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%,higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of inflammatory cell infiltration,gland density,mucosal thickness and gland morphology in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of inflammatory cell infiltration,gland density,mucosal thickness and gland morphology in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Yiqi Huashi recipe combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with Hp infectious gastritis has satisfactory effect,and can significantly improve the gastric mucosa,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
