摘　　要：目的探讨喜辽妥联合鲜土豆片外敷对动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的改善作用。方法将76例发生动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的血液透析患者按照皮下血肿处理方法不同分为三组:喜辽妥+土豆片外敷组(n=26)、冷热外敷组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。观察三组的动静脉内瘘皮下血肿改善情况。结果与冷热外敷组和对照组比较,喜辽妥+土豆外敷组的皮下血肿范围较小,疼痛评分较低,疼痛缓解时间较短(P<0.01)。结论喜辽妥联合鲜土豆片外敷能够显著改善动静脉内瘘皮下血肿造成的肢体疼痛和肿胀,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the improvement effect of Hirudoid combined with external application of fresh potato chips on subcutaneous hematoma of arteriovenous fistula.Methods According to the different handling methods of subcutaneous hematoma,76 hemodialysis patients with subcutaneous hematoma of arteriovenous fistula were divided into three groups:Hirudoid+potato chip external application group(n=26),cold-hot external application group(n=25)and control group(n=25).The improvement of subcutaneous hematoma of arteriovenous fistula in three group was observed.Results Compared with the cold-hot external application group and control group,the subcutaneous hematoma range of the Hirudoid+potato chip external application group was smaller,the pain score was lower,and the pain relief time was shorter(P<0.01).Conclusions Hirudoid combined with external application of fresh potato chips can significantly improve the limb pain and swelling caused by subcutaneous hematoma of arteriovenous fistula,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
