摘　　要：为实现成品油管道库与首站油库油品自动计量系统的数据共享,在不需要全线停输的条件下,实现首站油库与管道库油品数量的综合动态盘点与实时损耗监测,以及对计量设备在线监测,开发了基于数据采集与监视控制系统(SCADA)的成品油管输自动计量系统,该系统组态软件内嵌于HMI操作站系统中,综合共享了SCADA、现有计量仪表和过程仪表的数据。该系统投用后,使交接计量数据更加准确,提高了工作效率和管理水平。To realize data sharing of refined oil pipeline warehouse and the automatic metering system of first terminal oil station,under the condition of without shutdown of the whole transportation line,to realize the comprehensive dynamic check of inventory and loss of real-time monitoring of oil quantity of first terminal oil station and pipeline warehouse,online monitoring of metering equipment,an automatic metering system based on supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)is developed for refined oil transportation.The configuration software of the system is embedded in the HMI operating station system,and the data of SCADA,existing metering instruments and process instruments are shared comprehensively.After the system is put into use,the custody transfer metering data is more accurate,and the working efficiency and management level are improved.
