摘 要:提出一种利用高速变频脉冲电场对工业循环水进行软化的纯物理软化方法,克服化学软化方法运行成本高且污染环境的弊端。通过三片网状阳极的电极结构设计,对三片阳极轮流施加单极性变频脉冲电压,在阳极与阴极之间产生旋转电场,使循环水的阻垢、溶垢与吸垢融为一体,与溶垢和吸垢采用两套电极的软化方法相比,简化了设备及其控制方法,可广泛应用于工业锅炉、中央空调等循环水软化领域。A physical softening method which employs high-speed frequency conversion pulsed electric field to soften industrial circulating water was proposed and it can overcome the disadvantages of high operation cost and environmental pollution caused by chemical softening method.Through the electrode design of three network anodes,the monopolar frequency conversion pulse voltage applied to the three anodes in turn generates a rotating electric field between the anode and the cathode so that the scale inhibition,scale dissolution and scale absorption of circulating water can be integrated.Compared with the softening method of two sets of electrodes for scale dissolving and absorption,this system proposed can simplify the device and its control method and it can be widely used in industrial boilers and central air conditioning.
