摘 要:针对目前连续碳纤维增强复合材料3D打印机国内外的研究现状,总结关键技术难题与不足,针对连续碳纤维增强复合材料3D打印机设计了一种可拆卸式的碳纤维预浸丝剪丝机构。首先,使用ANSYS有限元软件对碳纤维预浸丝切割动作进行动力学有限元仿真,寻找切割碳纤维预浸丝的合理参数,并进行剪丝试验研究。其次,根据试验结果选取动力机构与刀片,设计连接机构进行剪丝机构的组装。最后,根据实际控制系统,使用STM32系列单片机对剪丝动作进行编程并调试,验证机构的可行性。In view of the research status of continuous carbon fiber reinforced composite material 3 D printer at home and abroad,the key technical problems and shortcomings were summarized.A detachable carbon fiber prepreg cutting mechanism was designed for continuous carbon fiber reinforced composite material 3 D printer.Firstly,ANSYS finite element software was used to perform dynamic finite element simulation of the cutting action of carbon fiber prepreg,and the reasonable parameters of cutting carbon fiber prepreg were found,and the cutting experiment was carried out.Secondly,according to the experiment results,the power mechanism and blade were selected,and the connecting mechanism was designed to assemble the prepreg cutting mechanism.Finally,according to the actual control system,the STM32 series microcontroller unit was used to program and debug the prepreg cutting action to verify the feasibility of the mechanism.
