摘 要:产品的用户需求具有多层次性,为满足设计人员针对不同层次用户需求获取不同设计方法知识,以提高设计效率,提出一种多层次用户需求与设计方法知识的匹配方法。首先,针对产品的性能、交互和外观3个层次用户需求运用不同的方法进行挖掘与分析,构建多层次的Kano模型将每个层次用户需求进行结构化分类,并且确定各个需求单元在所属结构中的权重;然后,分析用户需求-设计人员-设计方法之间的映射关系,构建基于需求结构属性和层次属性的设计方法分类模型,实现向设计人员匹配恰当的用户需求和设计方法知识;最后,以篮球背包设计为例验证该匹配方法的可行性。The user’s demand for products is multi-level,in order to improve design efficiency that designers can acquire knowledge of different design methods faced with different levels of user needs,a matching method of multi-level user needs and design method knowledge was proposed.Firstly,aiming at product performance,interaction,and appearance,different methods was used to mine and analyze user needs so as to build a multi-level Kano model to classify the needs of each level in a structured way and determine the weight of each demand unit in its structure.Then,the mapping relationship among user requirements-designers-design methods was analyzed and a design method classification model based on the structure attributes and hierarchical attributes in demand was constructed,so as to match designers with appropriate user needs and design method knowledge.Finally,a basketball backpack design is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of this method.
