腹腔血与静脉血人绒毛膜促性腺激素比值在异位妊娠诊断中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔血与静脉血HCG比值(RPHCG/VHCG)诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2019年6月至2020年7月收治的50例异位妊娠腹腔内出血患者的临床资料,进行HCG定性、定量检测,分析RPHCG/VHCG诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。结果腹腔血β-HCG定量检测值显著高于静脉血(P<0.05),RPHCG/VHCG为2.5。RPHCG/VHCG>1诊断异位妊娠的敏感度与特异度分别为97.78%、100.00%。结论RPHCG/VHCG诊断异位妊娠具有较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of the ratio of human chorionic gonadotropin in abdominal blood to venous blood(RPHCG/VHCG)in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 50 ectopic pregnancy patients with intra-abdominal bleeding admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.Qualitative and quantitative determinations of HCG were performed in all cases to analyze the clinical value of RPHCG/VHCG in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Results The quantitative detection value ofβ-HCG in abdominal blood was significantly higher than that in venous blood(P<0.05),and RPHCG/VHCG was 2.5.The sensitivity and specificity of RPHCG/VHCG>1 in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy were 97.78%and 100.00%respectively.Conclusions RPHCG/VHCG has high clinical value in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
