摘　　要：目的探讨胶体金法和酶联免疫法在HIV检测中的价值。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月我院接收的血液标本2450份作为研究对象,所有标本均采用胶体金法和酶联免疫法进行HIV检测,以蛋白印迹法检测结果为“金标准”,评价胶体金法和酶联免疫法在HIV检测中的灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、符合率。结果2450份血液标本中,蛋白印迹法检测明确诊断为HIV感染28份,占1.14%。酶联免疫法在HIV检测中的灵敏度为92.86%,特异性为99.71%,阳性预测值为78.79%,阴性预测值为99.92%,符合率为99.63%,均显著高于胶体金法的64.29%、96.94%、19.56%、99.58%、96.57%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酶联免疫法在HIV检测中的价值显著高于胶体金法,可作为临床筛查HIV感染的重要方法。Objective To explore the value of colloidal gold assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the detection of HIV.Methods 2450 blood samples received by our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.All samples were tested for HIV by colloidal gold assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.With the results of Western Blot method as the"gold standard",the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and coincidence rate of colloidal gold assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the detection of HIV were evaluated.Results Of the 2450 blood samples,28 samples(1.14%)were diagnosed as HIV infection by Western Blot method.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and coincidence rate of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the detection of HIV were 92.86%,99.71%,78.79%,99.92%and 99.63%respectively,significantly higher than 64.29%,96.94%,19.56%,99.58%and 96.57%of colloidal gold assay,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay has higher value than colloidal gold assay in the detection of HIV,which can be used as an important method for clinical screening of HIV infection.
