摘 要:目的探讨盐酸溴己新片联合噻托溴铵治疗慢阻肺(COPD)稳定期患者的临床效果及对其血清MPO、IL-4水平的影响。方法选取COPD稳定期患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组采用盐酸溴己新片治疗,观察组采用盐酸溴己新片联合噻托溴铵治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,血清MPO、IL-4水平以及不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清MPO、IL-4水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组的血清MPO、IL-4水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸溴己新片联合噻托溴铵治疗COPD稳定期患者效果显著,可有效降低血清MPO、IL-4水平,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of bromhexine hydrochloride tablet combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of patients with stable COPD and its impact on serum MPO and IL-4 levels.Methods 80 patients with stable COPD were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of regular therapy,the control group was treated with bromhexine hydrochloride tablet,while the observation group was treated with bromhexine hydrochloride tablet combined with tiotropium bromide.The clinical efficacy,serum MPO and IL-4 levels,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 92.50%,significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum MPO and IL-4 of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of serum MPO and IL-4 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bromhexine hydrochloride tablet combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of patients with stable COPD has significant effect and high safety,and can effectively reduce the levels of serum MPO and IL-4.
