活血止痛膏联合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨活血止痛膏联合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者98例,随机分为两组各49例。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予活血止痛膏联合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度及腰椎功能。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为95.92%,显著高于对照组的81.63%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS评分、ODI评分均显著低于治疗前,实验组的VAS评分、ODI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛膏联合身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,可有效缓解患者的腰椎疼痛,改善腰椎功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huoxue Zhitong Ointment combined with modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 98 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given Huoxue Zhitong Ointment combined with modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and lumbar function were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 95.92%,significantly higher than 81.63%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and ODI score of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score and ODI score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Huoxue Zhitong Ointment combined with modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant effect,and can effectively relieve lumbar pain and improve lumbar function of patients.
