摘　　要：目的探讨医院家庭一体化护理干预对学龄期癫痫患儿负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法回顾性分析198例学龄期癫痫患儿的临床资料,根据护理干预方法的不同分为两组。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以医院家庭一体化护理干预。比较两组干预前后的负性情绪(SCARED评分、DSRSC评分)以及治疗依从性。结果干预2个月后,两组的SCARED、DSRSC评分均显著低于干预前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预2个月后,两组的治疗依从性评分均显著高于干预前,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院家庭一体化护理干预可有效改善学龄期癫痫患儿的负性情绪,提高其治疗依从性。Objective To explore the impact of hospital-family integrated nursing intervention on the negative emotions and treatment compliance of school-age children with epilepsy.Methods The clinical data of 198 school-age children with epilepsy were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were divided into two groups according to different nursing intervention methods.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received hospital-family integrated nursing intervention.The negative emotions(SCARED score,DSRSC score)and treatment compliance before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results After 2 months of intervention,the SCARED and DSRSC scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the SCARED and DSRSC scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention,the treatment compliance scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the treatment compliance score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hospital-family integrated nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions of school-age children with epilepsy and improve their treatment compliance.
