摘　　要：目的分析手术室针对性护理干预对颅脑手术后颅内感染的预防效果。方法100例颅脑手术患者按照护理方式的不同分为两组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用手术室针对性护理干预。比较两组的颅内感染率、手术指标及护理满意度。结果试验组的颅内感染率为2.00%,显著低于对照组的8.00%(P<0.05)。试验组的拔管时间、拆线时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度为94.00%,显著高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。结论手术室针对性护理干预应用于颅脑手术中可降低术后颅内感染率,促进患者康复,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To analyze the preventive effect of targeted nursing intervention in operation room on intracranial infection after craniocerebral surgery.Methods 100 patients with craniocerebral surgery were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing,and the experimental group received targeted nursing intervention in operation room on the basis of the control group.The intracranial infection rate,surgical indicators and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The intracranial infection rate of experimental group was 2.00%,significantly lower than 8.00%of control group(P<0.05).The extubation time,suture removal time and hospitalization time of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was 94.00%,significantly higher than 78.00%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention in operation room applied in craniocerebral surgery can reduce postoperative intracranial infection rate,promote patients'recovery,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction degree.
