摘　　要：以烟台苹果为例,针对农产品物流发展过程中存在流程环节多、损耗大、设施设备不健全、冷链技术落后、信息系统及管理不完善等问题,提出了规模化管理的B2C流通模式、健全农村公路网络、解决冷链物流“断链”问题、完善信息系统、培养农产品物流人才等对策,以期能有效地提高烟台苹果的物流效率,带动烟台市农业大发展。In the process of agricultural product logistics,there are many process links,large losses,imperfect facilities and equipment,backward cold chain technology,and imperfect information systems and management levels.This paper took Yantai apple logistics as an example and proposed a large-scale management B2C circulation model to improve the rural road network,solve the"broken chain"problem of cold chain logistics,perfect the information system,and train agricultural products logistics talents.It would promote the development of agriculture in Yantai city by effectively improving the logistics efficiency of Yantai apple.
