摘　　要：地区城市性的提升导致关系总量及亲戚、邻居和朋友数量减少。这是由城市性对人际关系的重要性及人际交往的深交性、持续性和扩大性的负向影响所致。据此,提出了人际关系形成的重要性模型,并认为该模型比国外学者的理论模型更能够解释组织分化背景下地区城市性对于人际关系的影响机制。The increasing urbanism of the region leads to a decrease in the total number of relationships and the number of relatives,neighbors and friends.This is caused by the negative influence of the importance of urban nature on interpersonal relationship,the deep,persistent and expanding nature of interpersonal communication.Therefore,the importance model of interpersonal relationship formation is proposed.It is believed that this model can better explain the influence mechanism of regional urbanism on interpersonal relationship under the background of organizational differentiation than the theoretical models of foreign scholars.
