摘 要:对于一台发动机而言,前端轮系的设计与布置直接影响了整车的NVH特性以及驾驶体验感。若设计不当,乘客在后续使用过程中,将会出现皮带打滑、偏磨、抖动等现象产生的异响,严重影响顾客驾驶。通过对某四缸增压发动机前端轮系的设计方案布置及验证计算,旨在设计阶段就避免皮带打滑严重、皮带抖动过大及张紧臂强度不足等问题。For an engine,the design and arrangement of front accessory drive system directly affected the vehicle ride comfort harshness(NVH)performance and the demand.If the design is not right,late it would be easy to appear in the process of customers to use belt skid,belt wear or produced by sound,such as jitter,and seriously affect the customer driving experience.Through the design arrangement and verification calculation of the front accessory drive system of a four-cylinder turbocharged engine,this instance aims to avoid serious belt slip,excessive belt jitter and insufficient strength of tensioning arm in the design stage.
