摘　　要：冷车起动困难、怠速抖动是发动机常见故障之一,而该故障产生该故障模式通常是由于多种原因造成的,例如发动机进气系统、配气机构(如气门间隙)、点火系统、燃油供给系统、电子控制系统、怠速控制系统的故障等等,结合工作实际案例,对由于发动机气门间隙调整不当的问题进行分析,查出导致发动机出现冷车起动困难、怠速抖动等故障原因,以供大家借鉴和参考,以共同提高汽车发动机理论技术水平。Cold car start difficulty and idle jitter are one of the common faults of the engine.The failure mode is usually caused by many reasons,such as engine intake system,gas distribution mechanism(such as valve clearance),ignition system,fuel supply system,electronic control system,idle speed control system fault,etc.,combined with practical cases.The paper analyzes the problems of improper valve clearance adjustment,finds out the causes of engine failure such as cold start difficulty and idle jitter,so as to provide reference for everyone,so as to improve the theoretical and technical level of automobile engine.
