摘　　要：分析断路器非全相保护的特点及作用,结合铁山变调试过程中发现220k V线路断路器本体非全相保护存在时间继电器启动电压过低的问题,提出了整改方案,提醒设计单位、设备生产厂家及变电站运行维护人员及时防范和处理。Analyze the characteristics and functions of the non-whole-phase protection of the circuit breaker,combined with the fact that the non-whole-phase protection of the 220kV line circuit breaker has the problem of too low starting voltage of the time relay during the commissioning of the TieShan Transformer Substation,and proposed a rectification plan to remind the?Design department,Equipment manufacturers and substation operation and maintenance department should take precautions and deal with them in time.
