摘　　要：磁头焊接机能完成将随身听等的磁头焊接到薄片架上。因此,设计的磁头焊接自动送料机构要将磁头送到薄片架上,实现磁头和薄片架进行焊接的任务,主要通过两个步进电机实现机械手横向和纵向运动,气动机械手抓取磁头,送到指定的工作位置。The magnetic head welding machine can weld the magnetic head of the Walkman to the sheet holder.Therefore,the design of the magnetic head welding automatic feeding mechanism to send the magnetic head to the sheet frame,realize the task of welding the magnetic head and sheet frame,mainly through two stepper motors to realize the manipulator horizontal and vertical movement,pneumatic manipulator grasp the magnetic head,to the designated working position.
