摘　　要：设计了一种具有内置补油结构的转向油缸,转向油缸的活塞上设置有两个单向阀,在活塞运动到极限位置时,油缸有杆腔及无杆腔腔连通,实现自动补油的功能,可解决现有转向液压系统中两根液压油缸难以同步的问题。A kind of steering cylinder with built-in oil replenishment structure is designed.Two one-way valves are set on the piston of the steering cylinder.When the piston moves to the limit position,the rod cavity and non rod cavity of the cylinder are connected to realize the function of automatic oil replenishment,which can solve the problem that two hydraulic cylinders are difficult to synchronize in the existing steering hydraulic system.
