摘　　要：社会经济不断发展,电台科学技术也在不断更新,广播电视节目播出方式进行革新,由传统播放方式转变为硬盘自动播出系统模式。随着硬盘自动播出系统技术的出现,对广播电视硬盘自动播出系统的管理与维护难题一一出现,不仅是对播出系统技术的要求,同时对工作人员有了更高要求,需对管理与维护工作进行重视,提升管理人员自身技术水平。With the continuous development of social economy,radio science and technology are also constantly updated.The broadcasting mode of radio and television programs is innovated,and the traditional broadcasting mode is transformed into the automatic broadcasting system mode of hard disk With the emergence of hard disk broadcast system,on the hard disk automatically broadcast television broadcast system of management and maintenance problems appear,is not only the requirement for broadcast system technology,have a higher request for the staff at the same time,the need to attention of management and maintenance work,improve technical level management itself.
