摘 要:选用几种不同克重的维纶纤维湿法非织造布作为试样,通过实验室现有的设备和仪器对其进行了性能测试,包括非织造布的克重、厚度、织物内的纤维排列、纤维直径、织物的拉伸强力、顶破强力、撕裂强力、耐磨性、织物的透气性、透湿性等。分析比较了不同试样的纤网结构、厚度、面密度、透气性、透湿性、力学性能等,实验非织造布材料的断裂强力、断裂伸长率,透气性、透湿性等均与克重、厚度、纤维直径、孔隙率等有一定关系,得出湿法非织造布材料具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在过滤、电池隔膜等方面有着广泛的应用前景。Several kinds of vinylon fiber wet laid nonwovens with different gram weight were selected as samples,and their properties were tested by the existing equipment and instruments in the laboratory,including gram weight,thickness,fiber arrangement in the fabric,fiber diameter.The tensile strength,bursting strength,tearing strength,wear resistance,air permeability and moisture permeability of the fabric are analyzed.The fabric structure,thickness,area density,air permeability,moisture permeability and mechanical properties of different samples are analyzed and compared.The breaking strength,elongation at break,air permeability and moisture permeability of experimental nonwovens are related to gram weight,thickness,fiber diameter and porosity.It is concluded that wet nonwovens have unique properties and are suitable for developing various functional products,It has a wide application prospect in filtration,battery separator and so on.
