摘　　要：主要探讨了熔体直纺制备POY 53 dtex/24 f的工艺流程,着重分析了熔体输送温度、组件工艺、无风区、冷却条件及上油等主要工艺条件对产品品质的影响,当控制熔体黏度降在0.01 dL/g,组件初始压力在14 MPa,风压25 Pa,含油率0.40%,卷绕速度在2800 m/min时,POY 53 dtex/24 f生产状况稳定,后纺加工情况良好。This paper mainly discusses the process of preparing POY 53 dtex/24 f for the direct spinning of the melt,and focuses on the analysis of the impact of the main process conditions such as melt delivery temperature,component process,windless zone,cooling conditions and oil on product quality,when the control melt viscosity drops to 0.01dl/g,the initial pressure of the component is 14 MPa,the wind pressure is 25 Pa,the oil content is 0.40%,the winding speed is 2800 m/min,POY 53 dtex/24 f production condition is stable,and the spinning processing is in good condition.
