摘　　要：PX储罐V-1704A罐内安装全接液蜂窝浮盘和新增油气收集系统,消灭了储罐油气挥发空间,有效隔绝了油气挥发,降低了损耗,节约了能源,保护了环境,有效地推进挥发性有机物(VOCs)综合整治,达到降低VOCs排放总量的要求。PX tank V-1704A tank is installed in the full liquid honeycomb floating plate and the new oil and gas collection system,eliminate the tank oil and gas volatile space,effectively isolated oil and gas volatile,reduce the loss,save energy,protect the environment,effectively promote the volatile organic matter(VOCs)comprehensive regulation,reduce the total VOCs emissions requirements.
