摘　　要：为保证露天矿永久边界爆破效果和减少爆破有害效应对周围保护物的破坏,以平朔安家岭露天矿永久边界爆破为例,对露天矿在永久边界爆破开采作业过程中爆破控制措施进行了分析;在爆破精细化施工、爆破振动控制、爆破飞石控制等方面进行了探讨;得出了提高露天矿永久边界爆破质量水平,达到良好的爆破效果并能够保证爆破安全的有效措施。In order to ensure the blasting effect of permanent boundary of open-pit mine and reduce the damage of blasting harmful effect to surrounding protective objects,this article takes the permanent boundary blasting of Anjialing Open-pit Mine in Pingshuo as an example,analyzes the blasting control measures in the process of permanent boundary blasting mining operation of open-pit mine,and discusses the fine blasting construction,blasting vibration control,blasting flying rock control and so on,and finally obtains the effective measures to improve the blasting quality of permanent boundary in open-pit mine and achieve good blasting effect and ensure blasting safety.
