摘 要:研究了从某铀矿石中性浸出液中回收U_(3)O_(8),采用离子交换树脂吸附—氯化铵+碳酸氢铵淋洗—淋洗液盐酸酸化去除碳酸根—氨水中和沉淀—焙烧工艺获得U_(3)O_(8)。结果表明:D263树脂对铀的吸附量为178 mg/g;用70 g/L NH_(4)Cl+13 g/L NH_(4)HCO_(3)溶液淋洗负载树脂,淋洗液铀质量浓度20 g/L;调淋洗液pH至3.0,再用氨水调终点pH为6.0,50℃下反应1.0 h,铀(ADU)沉淀率达99%;ADU在800℃下焙烧4 h,得到铀质量分数大于80%的U_(3)O_(8)。The recovery of U_(3)O_(8) from neutral leaching solution of a uranium ore was studied.D263 resin was used to adsorb uranium in leaching solution,then the loaded resin was washed using ammonium chloride and ammonium bicarbonate solution.The washing solution was acidified using hydrochloric acid to remove carbonate.Ammonium diuranate(ADU)was precipitated with ammonia water and calcined to obtain U_(3)O_(8).The results show that the adsorption capacity of D263 resin for uranium is 178 mg/g.The uranium concentration of the eluent is 20 g/L when loaded D263 resin is washed using 70 g/L NH_(4)Cl+13 g/L NH_(4)HCO_(3) solution.The recovery rate of uranium as ADU reaches 99%when the eluent pH is acidified to 3.0,and further adjusted pH to 6.0 using ammonia at 50℃and reaction for 1.0 h.The U_(3)O_(8) with uranium mass fraction more than 80%can be obtained by calcining ADU at 800℃for 4 h.
