摘 要:研究了采用悬浮聚合法制备窄粒径分布的强碱性阴离子交换树脂,考察了分散剂种类和用量、搅拌桨形状、搅拌速度、有机相加入方式及加入时间对树脂粒径的影响;借助红外光谱、元素分析等对树脂进行表征;探讨了树脂对铀的吸附性能并与市售201×7强碱性阴离子交换树脂相对比。结果表明:以聚乙烯醇/聚磷酸钠为复合分散剂、用量占水相质量3.0%,用斜叶桨以150 r/min速度进行搅拌,有机相连续滴加0.6 h,用苯乙烯、二乙烯苯、过氧化苯甲酰为单体制备出粒径0.5~1.0 mm占88%的树脂,粒径分布较窄;此树脂从溶液中吸附铀的性能优于201×7强碱性阴离子交换树脂,但其制备成本更低。A strong basic anion exchange resin with narrow particle size was prepared by suspension polymerization.The effects of type and amount of dispersant,impeller shape and stirring speed,addition way and dropping time of organic phase on the resin particle size were examined.The resin was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis.And the adsorption property for uranium was investigated.The results show that a strong basic anion exchange resin is obtained using styrene,divinylbenzene and benzoyl peroxide as monomers,polyvinyl alcohol/sodium polyphosphate as compound dispersant with the 3.0%amount accounting for aqueous phase mass under the conditions of stirred speed of oblique blade paddle of 150 r/min,and organic phase continuous dropping for 0.6 h.The prepared resin diameter is 88%in the range of 0.5~1.0 mm with relatively narrow particle size distribution.The adsorption performance of the resin is better than that of 201×7 resin for uranium in solution.
