摘 要:研究了采用碱溶法从黄铁矿烧渣中脱硅,考察了溶出温度、苛性碱质量浓度、液固体积质量比和溶出时间对脱硅率和脱硅渣中铁质量分数的影响。结果表明:采用碱溶法可脱除黄铁矿烧渣中的硅并提高铁质量分数;在溶出温度95℃、苛性碱质量浓度100 g/L、液固体积质量比10/1、溶出时间60 min条件下,烧渣脱硅率在56%以上,铁质量分数提高至63.86%。Desilication of pyrite cinder by alkali dissolution was investigated.The effects of dissolution temperature,caustic soda mass concentration,ratio of liquid volume-to-solid mass and dissolution time on the desilication were examined.The results show that the silicon in pyrite cinder can be removed and the mass fraction of iron can be increased by alkali dissolution.Under the conditions of dissolution temperature of 95℃,caustic soda mass concentration of 100 g/L,ratio of liquid volume-to-solid mass of 10/1 and dissolution time of 60 min,the desilication rate of cinder is more than 56%,and the mass fraction of iron is increased to 63.86%.
