摘  要:随着矿井向深部开采,受大埋深、构造复杂及采动应力影响,围岩易出现大变形、破坏严重,稳定性差,支护困难等问题。文章从软岩巷道支护机理与支护体系入手,通过理论分析“支-护-注”中“支”的协同和“护”的作用以及“注浆加固圈”的形成机理,揭示了“支-护-注”之间的相互作用关系,从而形成了围岩“支-护-注”协同效应控制技术,通过协同控制技术在围岩巷道支护中的应用实践,效果得到了较好的检验。研究表明:“支-护-注”协同支护的核心是“预留空隙、封层置换、均布注浆”等技术,锚杆、锚索、注浆加固围岩等之间经过协同耦合作用,协调分配系统荷载,防止局部失稳,使围岩-支护形成一个稳定的整体。With the deep mining of the mine,the surrounding rock is easy to appear the problems of large deformation,serious destruction,poor stability and difficult support,which are affected by the large buried depth,complex structure and mining stress,through the theoretical analysis of the coordination of"support"and"protection"in"support-protection-injection"and the formation mechanism of"grouting reinforcement circle",the interaction between"support-protection-injection"is revealed,therefore,the control technology of surrounding rock"support-support-injection"synergetic effect is formed.Through the application of synergetic control technology in surrounding rock roadway support,the effect is well tested.The study shows that the core of"support-support-grouting"is the technology of"reserving voids,replacing seal layer and distributing grouting uniformly",and the bolt,anchor Cable and grouting reinforce surrounding rock can coordinate the distribution of system load through the cooperative coupling action,to prevent local instability,so that the surrounding rock-support to form a stable whole.
