摘  要:文章根据甘肃中部某矿大倾角综放工作面停采撤架期间的实际特点,分析了撤架期间的自然发火条件、原因,针对大倾角综放工作面因撤架周期长、受周边小窑肆意破坏、圆弧段采空区遗煤多、漏风复杂等诸多因素引起煤炭自燃,结合撤架巷道条件及位置关系,通过对比分析,采取了上下隅角砌墙、采空区注氮、实施高位钻孔注浆、合理分配工作面风量和建立预测预报等综合防治自然发火措施,有效减小了终采线漏风区域,防止了撤架期间的煤炭自燃升温,保证了撤架工作的顺利完成,对于大倾角易自燃煤层综放工作面撤架期间人员的安全和设备及时回收具有实践指导意义。According to the actual characteristics of the fully mechanized top coal caving face in a coal mine in the middle of Gansu Province,this paper analyzes the conditions and causes of the spontaneous combustion during the stoping of the top coal caving face,in view of the spontaneous combustion of coal caused by many factors,such as the long period of removing support,the wanton destruction of small surrounding kilns,the large amount of coal left in the mined-out area in the arc section,and the complexity of air leakage in the fully mechanized top coal caving face,combined with the conditions and position of the roadway of removing support,through comparison and analysis,comprehensive prevention and control measures such as upper and lower corner masonry walls,nitrogen injection in Goaf,high-level borehole grouting,reasonable distribution of air volume in working face and establishment of prediction and prediction were adopted,which effectively reduced the air leakage area of end-mining line,it can prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal and ensure the smooth completion of the work.It has practical guidance for the safety of personnel and the timely recovery of equipment in the fully mechanized top coal caving face with large inclined spontaneous combustion coal seam.
