摘　　要：目的了解骨科住院患儿及家长对儿童医疗辅导服务的体验。方法采用质性描述性研究方法,对15组研究对象进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi现象学分析法将资料进行整理分析,提炼主题。结果提炼出4个主题:缓解不良情绪、增强健康知识水平和压力应对能力、感恩帮助、希望有更多人员参与。结论儿童医疗辅助模式可促进患儿及家长的心理健康,提高患儿及家长认知水平和满意度,通过进一步规范开展模式来增强患儿和家长的正性体验,满足更多患儿和家长的需求。Objective To study the experience of hospitalized children in pediatric orthopedics department and their parents on Child Life service.Method Fifteen groups of children and their parents receive semi-structured interview by qualitative descriptive method.Arrange and analyze the information by Colaizzi phenomenological analysis and extract the theme.Result Four themes are extracted,which are relieving negative emotions,improving health knowledge level and stress coping capacity,gratitude on help and hoping for more participation of staff.Conclusion Child Life mode can improve mental health,cognitive level and satisfaction level of children and their parents.Their positive experience can be enhanced by further standardized development model to satisfy their needs.
