摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复(ERAS)护理模式在胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将80例胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者按护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规传统护理模式,观察组在常规护理基础上实施ERAS护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组术后拔管时间、首次下床时间、住院天数、住院费用、术后疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、术后并发症发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:ERAS护理模式可有效缓解胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率,加速康复进程。Objective:To explore the application method and effect of ERAS nursing mode in lung cancer patients with thoracoscopic radical.Methods:A total of 80 cases of lung cancer patients with thoracoscopic radical treated by different nursing methods were divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional traditional nursing mode,the observation group on the above basis was given ERAS nursing mode,comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups in postoperative extubation time,initial off-bed time,hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,postoperative pain numeric rating scale(NRS)scores,the incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The rapid rehabilitation(ERAS)nursing mode can effectively alleviate postoperative pain in patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer radical,reduce the incidence of complications and accelerate the rehabilitation process.
