基于中医特色疗法的护理模式对结直肠癌术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于中医特色疗法的护理模式对结直肠癌术后患者的影响。方法:将消化内镜诊疗科2019年1月1日~12月31日收治的100例结直肠癌术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取基于中医特色疗法的护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:干预后,两组焦虑量表评分、抑郁量表评分、癌症患者生命质量测定量表评分、中医症候量表评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于中医特色疗法的护理模式可以缓解患者负性情绪,提高生命质量,减轻临床症状。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing mode based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 100 cases of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer in the digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment department during January 1 to December 31,2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group,the control group adopted routine nursing care,the observation group adopted nursing mode based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:After the intervention,the anxiety scale scores,depression scale scores,determination of cancer patients quality of life scale scores and TCM symptoms rating scale scores were better in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05);And those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing mode based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy can relieve patients′negative mood,improve their quality of life,and relieve clinical symptoms.
