摘　　要：目的:探讨自我效能干预对化疗间歇期乳腺癌患者心理弹性及社会支持的影响。方法:纳入化疗间歇期乳腺癌患者82例,以1∶1比例随机分为对照组和观察组各41例;对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组基于此给予自我效能干预;比较两组干预前后自我效能[采用自我效能感量表(GSES)]、心理弹性[采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、社会支持[采用社会支持量表(SSQ)]、应对方式[采用医学应对问卷(MCMQ)]、自我形象[采用乳腺癌患者自我形象问卷(BIBCQ)]及生存质量[采用乳腺癌患者生存质量测定量表(FACT-B)]变化。结果:干预后,两组GSES评分、CD-RISC各维度评分及总分、SSQ各维度评分及总分、MCMQ中面对方式评分、FACT-B总分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);干预后,两组MCMQ中回避及屈服的应对方式评分、BIBCQ总分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自我效能干预能提高化疗间歇期乳腺癌患者自我效能感和心理弹性水平,利于患者获取更多社会支持资源,并选择积极应对方式面对疾病,提高患者自我形象感和生存质量。Objective:To explore the effect of the self-efficacy intervention on the psychological elasticity and social support in patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy break.Methods:A total of 82 cases of patients with intermittent period breast cancer chemotherapy,with 1∶1 proportion were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group;The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group on the above basis was given self-efficacy intervention;Comparison was made between the two groups before and after the intervention on self-efficacy by the self-efficacy scale(GSES),psychological elastic by the mental resilience scale(CD-RISC),social support by the social support questionnaire(SSQ),and response way by the medical coping questionnaire(MCMQ),self-image by the breast cancer patients self-image questionnaire(BIBCQ)and the quality of life by the breast cancer patients′quality of life scale(FACT-B).Results:After the intervention,the GSES rating,CD-RISC dimensional scores and total scores,SSQ dimensional scores and total scores,MCMQ facing way scores,and FACT-B total scores were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05);After the intervention,the MCMQ avoidance and yield coping style scores,and BIBCQ total scores were lower in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The self-efficacy intervention can improve the self-efficacy and mental flexibility level in patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy break,get more social support resources for patients,and choose positive coping styles in the face of disease,and improve patients′self-image and quality of life.
