摘 要:为了精确计算大导程螺母干涉磨削的型面,根据砂轮与理想型面的接触状态,文章提出一种砂轮滚道成型计算模型。通过建立螺母滚道数学模型,采用动态法平面截取砂轮廓形,可得到最终滚道型面;其次,提出整体误差E和临界角α_(c)作为评价指标,仿真分析滚道过度磨削区域与砂轮直径、型面设计接触角的关系。结果表明,在允许范围内减小砂轮直径或减小设计接触角,可以增大滚道型面临界角,容易满足滚道型面临界角大于设计接触角的要求。最终基于两组参数在SK7620A磨床上磨削螺母滚道,加工后的滚道临界角在仿真误差范围内,验证该方法具有可行性。To accurately calculate the profile of interference grinding of high-lead ball-nuts,a calculation model of wheel raceway forming is proposed according to the contact state of the wheel and the ideal surface.By establishing the mathematical model of nut raceway and adopting the dynamic method to intercept the sand contour,the final raceway profile is obtained.The global error E and the critical angleα_(c) are presented as evaluation indexes,and the relationship between the over-grinding area and the diameter of grinding wheel and the profile design contact angle is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the critical angle of raceway profile increases by reducing the diameter of grinding wheel or the design contact angle within the allowable range,which is easy to meet the requirement that the critical angle of raceway profile is larger than the design contact angle.Finally,two sets of parameters are used to grind the nut raceway on SK7620A grinding machine respectively to verify the feasibility of the method.
