摘 要:为了研究SiC/SiC复合材料的加工性和在钻削过程中的切削力、刀具磨损和孔质量,使用整体硬质合金钻头和金刚石涂层的硬质合金钻头对SiC/SiC复合材料进行钻削试验,并设计正交试验对刀具的几何角度参数和钻削过程中的的切削力的关系进行分析,加工后观察刀具磨损和孔出口质量。结果表明:在低转速低进给条件下,金刚石涂层的硬质合金钻头适合加工SiC/SiC复合材料。在加工参数不变的条件下,对切削力影响最大的角度因素为螺旋角,其次是顶角,后角影响最小,并根据正交试验的结果得出一组最优刀具角度参数:顶角118°,螺旋角20°,后角16°。刀具的主要磨损形式是涂层脱落,孔出口缺陷的主要形式是毛刺和纤维拔出。In order to study the machinability of SiC/SiC composite materials and the cutting force,tool wear and hole quality during drilling,solid carbide drill bits and diamond-coated carbide drill bits were used to drill SiC/SiC composite materials Experiment and design an orthogonal test to analyze the relationship between the geometric angle of the tool and the cutting force in the drilling process,and observe the tool wear and hole exit quality after machining.The results show that the diamond-coated cemented carbide drill bit is suitable for processing SiC/SiC composite materials under low speed and low feed conditions.Under the condition of unchanged processing parameters,the angle factor that has the greatest influence on the cutting force is the helix angle,followed by the apex angle,and the clearance angle has the least influence.According to the results of the orthogonal test,a set of optimal tool angle parameters are obtained:apex angle 118°,helix angle 20°,clearance angle 16°.The main form of tool wear is coating shedding,and the main forms of hole exit defects are burrs and fiber extraction.
