摘  要:为了探究在低速正交刨削时,切削工艺参数及刀具几何参数对切削力的影响,以AdvantEdge仿真正交刨削Ti6Al4V合金,在不同切削工艺参数和刀具几何参数下的仿真,分析得出切削深度、进给量、前角和钝圆半径对切削力影响最大,故而通过仿真数据进行在spss进行回归拟合和方差分析,建立了相应的指数模型公式,得到切削力指数模型,这为研究低速切削下切削工艺参数和刀具几何参数对切削力的影响做理论指导。In order to explore the influence of cutting process parameters and tool geometry parameters on cutting force during low-speed orthogonal chipping,AdvantEdge was used to simulate orthogonal chipping of Ti6Al4V alloy,and the simulation under different cutting process parameters and tool geometry parameters was analyzed.Depth,feed,rake angle and obtuse radius have the greatest influence on cutting force.Therefore,regression fitting and variance analysis in spss are carried out through simulation data,and the corresponding index model formula is established to obtain the cutting force index model.This is for studying low speed The influence of cutting process parameters and tool geometry parameters on cutting force under cutting is a theoretical guide.
