摘  要:为解决LF6铝合金细长轴车削加工弯曲变形大和表面质量差问题,提出基于专用车夹的对称车削加工工艺。基于力学模型分析和切削模型分析,锁定加工参数是影响细长轴加工质量的核心因素,基于中心复合法设计试验方案,分别利用极值法和响应面法探究加工参数对最大弯曲变形量和表面粗糙度的影响规律,基于JMP软件的等高线刻画器模块对加工参数进行多目标优化计算,并将优化结果通过实际加工对比验证,结果表明:采用对称车削工艺从原理上可实现低成本、大刚度、高效率细长轴加工,基于响应面法优化的对称车削加工参数可实现弯曲变形和表面质量的精准控制。In order to solve the problem of large bending deformation and poor surface quality in turning of LF6 aluminum alloy slender shaft,a symmetrical turning process based on a special turning fixture is proposed.Based on the analysis of the mechanical model and the cutting model,the locked processing parameters affect the quality of the slender shaft.The core factors are based on the central composite method to design the test scheme,the extreme method and the response surface method are used to explore the influence of the processing parameters on the maximum bending deformation and the surface roughness,and the contour profiler module of the JMP software is used for multi-objective optimization calculated and verified the optimization results with actual machining.The results show that the symmetrical turning process can realize low-cost,high-stiffness,and high-efficiency slender shaft machining in principle,and the symmetrical turning processing parameters optimized based on the response surface method can realize Precise control of bending deformation and surface quality.
