摘 要:金属玻璃具有优良的力学、物理和化学性能而广泛的应用于航空航天和医疗等高端领域,但其高硬度、低弹性模量等特性导致该材料的切削加工难度较大。为此通过超声振动辅助加工方法对Vit1块金属玻璃进行铣削试验,用三因素四水平正交实验方法对切削力、表面粗糙度和刀具磨进行研究。试验结果表明,相比普通铣削方法超声振动铣削进给方向铣削力平均降幅为23%,轴向抗力降低平均为31%;表面粗糙度平均降幅约15%;刀具磨损显著下降。试验证明超声振动加工能有效地解决金属玻璃的切削加工难题,同时试验也为非晶态合金的加工机理研究提供一定的借鉴。Metallic glass has excellent mechanical,physical and chemical properties that is widely used in aerospace,medical and other high-end fields.However,its high hardness and low elastic modulus make the cutting of this material difficult.In this paper,the ultrasonic vibration assisted machining method was used to milling Vit1 metal glass,three-factor and four-level orthogonal experiment was applied to analyze the cutting force,surface roughness and the tool wear.The experimental results show that compared with the conventional milling method,the milling force of ultrasonic vibration in the feed direction is reduced by an average of 23%,the axial resistance is reduced by an average of 31%.The average decrease in surface roughness is about 15%,and the tool wear is significantly reduced.Experiments show that ultrasonic vibration machining can effectively solve the problem of metal glass cutting and the test results also provide a reference for the study of cutting mechanism of amorphous alloy.
