摘　　要：目的:探讨损伤控制性手术理论对严重多发创伤患者救治效率、创伤程度及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年7月至2020年10月湛江农垦第二医院收治的严重多发创伤患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组采取常规手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施损伤控制性手术理论,比较2组治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组救治效率明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后创伤程度明显较对照组低,睡眠质量高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:损伤控制性手术理论可提高严重多发创伤患者救治效率,缓解创伤程度,提高患者睡眠质量,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effects of injury-controlled surgery theory on the efficiency of treatment,degree of trauma and sleep quality of patients with severe multiple trauma.Methods:A total of 84 patients with severe multiple trauma admitted to Zhanjiang Agricultural Recreation Second Hospital from July 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,and the observation group was treated with injury-controlled surgery theory on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the treatment efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of trauma in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the sleep quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The theory of injury-controlled surgery can improve the treatment efficiency of patients with severe multiple trauma,relieve the degree of trauma,and improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of popularization.
