中药穴位贴敷联合护理指导治疗老年原发性失眠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究中药穴位贴敷联合护理指导治疗老年原发性失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月山东省聊城市人民医院收治的老年原发性失眠患者140例作为研究对象,按照随机分组方法分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。对照组给予护理指导治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药穴位贴敷进行治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)分析2组患者的睡眠差异情况,用疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评估2组患者疲劳程度,并分别进行睡眠监测,统计失眠症状积分,同时,统计分析2组临床治疗效果。结果:护理后,2组临床治疗有效率、睡眠质量评分、疲劳程度评分、睡眠监测各项指标水平、失眠症状各项积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年原发性失眠治疗中,中药穴位贴敷联合护理指导治疗效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with nursing guidance in the treatment of senile primary insomnia.Methods:A total of 140 elderly patients with primary insomnia who were treated in Liaocheng People′s Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given nursing guidance treatment,and the observation group was combined with Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index was used to analyze the Sleep differences between the 2 groups.Fatigue degree of the 2 groups was evaluated by fatigue scale-14(FS-14).Sleep monitoring was conducted respectively,and scores of insomnia symptoms were calculated.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was analyzed statistically.Results:After nursing,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in clinical treatment effectiveness,sleep quality score,fatigue score,sleep monitoring index level and scores of insomnia symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM acupoint application combined with nursing guidance is effective in the treatment of senile primary insomnia.
