关节置换治疗老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎的临床效果与睡眠质量分析

摘　　要：目的:分析关节置换治疗老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎的临床效果,对患者睡眠质量进行评价。方法:选取2010年1月至2019年12月北京丰台医院接收的老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者50例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=26)和观察组(n=24),对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者接受关节置换治疗,比较2组患者活动度、疼痛、畸形、稳定性、以及功能恢复的膝关节功能评分情况;比较患者双侧股四头肌情况;同时记录患者术前、术后6 h、24 h和48 h睡眠质量水平。结果:观察组患者较治疗之前变化明显较大,变化情况有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗效果较之前明显较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);睡眠质量观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用关节置换治疗方法能够有效提高老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎的临床疗效,睡眠质量有所改善,有助于患者快速恢复肢体功能。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and sleep quality of joint replacement in the treatment of elderly knee degenerative osteoarthritis.Methods:Fifty elderly patients with knee degenerative osteoarthritis received from January 2010 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research object,and 26 patients who received conventional treatment were included in the control group;24 patients who received joint replacement therapy were included into the observation group,compare the knee function scores of the two groups of patients with activity,pain,deformity,stability,and functional recovery;compare the patients′bilateral quadriceps muscles;simultaneously record the patients′preoperative,6 h,24 h and 48 h postoperative sleep quality level.Results:The patients in the observation group changed significantly more than before treatment,and the changes were statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment effect in the control group was significantly smaller than before,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);the sleep quality observation group was superior in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of joint replacement therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of degenerative osteoarthritis in elderly knee degenerative osteoarthritis,and the quality of sleep has been improved,which can help patients quickly restore limb function.
