色织纬起花织物的创新设计

摘　　要：色织纬起花织物主要是由花纬起花,通过纹样的改变、色彩搭配的改变、花纬与地纬排列比的变化和织物所用筘号的改变,不断地改进设计出了4款色织纬起花织物。利用半自动小样机织造织物,对织物耐磨性、透气性、光泽及织物起毛起球性能进行了测试,得出“心心相印”系列的光泽度最好,“格窗”系列的耐磨性最好,“眺望”系列的透气性最好,“繁春”系列和“心心相印”系列抗起毛起球性能最好。Four kinds of yarn-dyed weft-figured fabrics were designed by changing the pattern, color collocation, the arrangement ratio of flower weft and ground weft, and reed number. The semi-automatic prototype was used to weave the fabric. The abrasion resistance, permeability, gloss and pilling performance of fabric were tested. The results showed that the glossiness of "soulmate" series was best, the abrasion resistance of "shutters" series was best, the permeability of "looking" series was best, anti-pilling performance of "prosperous spring" series and "soulmate" series was best.
