摘　　要：妊娠肿胀多从脾虚、肾虚、气滞论治,肝脾肾对津液代谢起着重要作用。肺为水之上源,肺主行水,肺对津液的代谢有不可或缺的作用。在妊娠肿胀发生过程中,肺常协同肝脾肾引起津液代谢失常,故本文从妊娠肿胀的病因病机、理法方药等角度论述肺协同肝脾肾与妊娠肿胀的关系。Pregnancy swelling is mainly treated from the aspects of spleen deficiency,kidney deficiency and qi stagnation,so the liver,spleen and kidney play an important role in body fluid metabolism.Lung also plays an indispensable role in body fluid metabolism is the main source of water.In the process of pregnancy swelling,the lung often coexists with the liver,spleen and kidney to cause body fluid metabolism disorder.Therefore,this paper discusses the relationship between lung coordination with liver,spleen and kidney and pregnancy swelling from the perspective of etiology,pathogenesis,theory and prescription.
