摘　　要：刘德山教授擅长运用中西医结合的方法治疗老年病,在中西医结合治疗糖尿病及消化系统疾病方面有独到见解。刘德山教授从呃逆的病机入手,认为呃逆的发生与肝疏泄功能失调密切相关,运用调肝和胃、降逆和胃的方法,以大柴胡汤为基础,针对临床不同症状,辨证论治。Professor Liu Deshan is good at using integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of senile diseases,and has unique insights in the treatment of diabetes and digestive system diseases.Professor Liu Deshan started with the pathogenesis of hiccup and believed that the occurrence of hiccup was closely related to the dysfunction of liver and catharsis.Based on Dachaihu decoction,he applied the methods of regulating the liver and stomach,reducing the reverse and stomach and treating different clinical symptoms according to syndrome differentiation.
