养阴清肺汤联合敷胸散治疗小儿重症肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究养阴清肺汤联合敷胸散治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月中国医科大学附属盛京医院儿科收治的70例重症肺炎患儿,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和试验组,每组35例。对照组予以常规治疗方案,试验组在对照组的基础上予以养阴清肺汤联合敷胸散治疗。比较2组的临床治疗效果、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、瘦素及安全性。结果试验组的治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的IL-8、IL-6和瘦素水平较对照组低(P<0.05);2组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论养阴清肺汤联合敷胸散治疗小儿重症肺炎,能降低血清IL-8、IL-6及瘦素水平,抵抗病毒侵袭,调节炎症反应,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with Fuxiong powder on severe pneumonia in children.Methods 70 children with severe pneumonia in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,including 35 cases in the study group and 35 cases in the control group.The control group received routine treatment plan,and the study group received more with Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with Fuxiong powder.2 groups were treated for 2 weeks according to the recovery.At the end of the treatment,the clinical effect,the levels of IL-8,IL-6 and leptin were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum levels of IL-8,IL-6 and leptin in the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with Fuxiong powder can reduce the level of serum IL-8,IL-6 and leptin,resist the invasion of virus,regulate the inflammatory reaction and improve the clinical effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
