摘　　要：目的观察芪藤调冲颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(Sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,SPID)气虚血瘀型的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年12月普宁市中医医院妇科门诊收治的74例SPID气虚血瘀型患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星加甲硝唑联合塞来昔布常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上接受中药协定处方芪藤调冲颗粒治疗。比较2组治疗前后的视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、中医证候积分、盆腔体征评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组的VAS评分、中医证候积分和盆腔体征评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的VAS评分、中医证候积分和盆腔体征评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总显效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪藤调冲颗粒能有效缓解SPID患者的疼痛程度和症状,治疗效果较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiteng Tiaochong granules on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID)of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods From July 2018 to December 2019,74 patients who met the SPID diagnostic criteria in Puning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 37 patients in each.The control group was treated with levofloxacin plus metronidazole combined with celecoxib conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qiteng Tiaochong granules prescribed by the traditional Chinese medicine agreement.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,and pelvic signs score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results After treatment,VAS score,TCM syndrome score and pelvic sign score in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,VAS score,TCM syndrome score and pelvic signs score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total significant efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qiteng Tiaochong granules can effectively reduce the VAS score,TCM symptom score and pelvic sign score of patients with SPID,and the clinical effect is significant.
