正清风痛宁缓释片结合中医定向透药疗法治疗慢性下腰痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察正清风痛宁缓释片结合中医定向透药疗法治疗慢性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法选择2018年7月—2019年4月南昌大学第四附属医院门诊及住院部收治的60例慢性下腰痛患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采用地塞米松磷酸钠注射液治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上采用正清风痛宁缓释片结合中医定向透药疗法治疗,疗程为7 d。比较2组的视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)评分、Roland-Morris功能障碍问卷调查表(Roland morris disability questionnaire,RMDQ)评分及临床疗效。结果试验组治疗3 d后的VAS、ODI及RMDQ评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗7 d后的VAS、ODI及RMDQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在地塞米松磷酸钠注射液的基础上,正清风痛宁缓释片结合中医定向透药疗法能有效缓解患者慢性下腰疼的疼痛程度,改善患者的日常生活能力,其临床疗效与地塞米松磷酸钠相当,临床可根据患者情况选择合适的治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning sustained release tablets combined with targeted penetration therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic low back pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic low back pain admitted to the outpatient department and inpatient department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from July 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection,and the experimental group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning sustained-release tablets combined with targeted penetration therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,for a course of 7 days.The Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score and Roland-Morris disability questionnaire were compared between the two groups Morris Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ)score and clinical efficacy.Results After 3 days of treatment,VAS,ODI and RMDQ scores in experimental group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in VAS,ODI and RMDQ scores between the two groups after 7 days of treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection,Zhengqing Fengtongning sustained-release tablet combined with targeted penetration therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients with chronic low back pain and improve the ability of daily life of patients.Its clinical efficacy is equivalent to that of dexamethasone sodium phosphate,and the appropriate treatment can be selected according to the clinical conditions of patients.
