益气祛痰汤治疗气虚痰浊型高血压临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟益气祛痰汤治疗气虚痰浊型高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在辽宁省大连大学附属新华医院中医科治疗的80例气虚痰浊型高血压患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟益气祛痰汤。比较2组患者的收缩压、舒张压及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者治疗后的收缩压和舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的眩晕头昏、沉倦怠及乏力、胸闷和头身困重发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气虚痰浊型高血压患者采取自拟益气祛痰汤治疗,能有效的改善患者的血压水平,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Qutan decoction in the treatment of hypertension of qi deficiency and phlegm turbid type.Methods 80 patients with hypertension of qi deficiency and phlegm turbid type Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University in Liaoning Province from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and control group.The control group of 40 cases received routine treatment.40 patients in the experimental group were treated with self-made Yiqi Qutan decoction on the basis of basic treatment.The blood pressure and the number of patients with vertigo,drowsiness and fatigue,chest distress and heavy head and body distress were compared.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of dizziness,tiredness and fatigue,chest tightness and head and body drowsiness in experimental group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Yiqi Qutan decoction can effectively improve the blood pressure level of the patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
